We are only able to take lease turn-in's from clients who leased the vehicle from our dealership originally. We will take a lease turn-in as part of any new vehicle transaction from most banks*. There are programs in place at the leasing companies that will assist anyone that has questions in relation to COVID-19 issues. Please call the bank that you currently make payments to to find out information and make arrangements. We are not able to make these arrangements for you and will not be able to answer a majority of the questions you may have.Â
You must make an appointment and receive a appointment confirmation in order to complete the turn-in process. We are not accepting any customers inside the showroom and will not take walk ups for the foreseeable future.Â
Please call the store to set your appointment and be patient as we are on a EXTREMELY LIMITED staff and are working diligently to assist our prior clients as best we can in light of the ever changing global climate. Please bring both sets of keys with you when you arrive as you will be charged for any missing sets. We will also collect your registration electronically when your appointment is confirmed so have that ready to send as well! Thank you for your understanding and cooperation to keep our staff and yourself safe. Your confirmation will contain further instructions for social distancing restrictions and instructions as necessary.Â
